The point at which all the other cities in the region get stumped by the majestic Dubai City is that it is a place for all and hardly there is something on Earth that Dubai is not perfect for. Even ice skating can be done in this desert city as they have made an entire floor for ice skating at the Dubai Mall which is the largest shopping mall of the world as well and is being considered to be further expanded as the business opportunities are expanding in the city and so is the business. This one line (previous one) tells that this city is excellent for tourism and at the same time exceptional for business as well.
This is not about the natural resources now as most of people think about the Arab cities that have progressed in the recent years that they have developed themselves on the back of the rich mineral resources. Fact tis that the Dubai City does not possess huge oil reserves and the main feature that it has developed as a city is the business and tourism opportunities that attract people from all parts of the world making it one of the biggest hosts of expats in the world. As the business is booming in the city and there are all the chances of progress, job seekers from all parts of the globe come here and earn respectable livings.
On the other hand the administration of the city is fully aware of the importance of education in the city and top quality universities and colleges have been set up in the city and it has become a center of learning and education in a very short span of time. Healthcare facilities are excellent and Dubai Healthcare Authority has been extremely pro-active in this regard. Dubai Healthcare City is another step in the same direction. The festivals and sports events also charm the tourists and all these spectacular make the city of Dubai as one of the most sought after places on the face of the planet today.

Greenery refreshes the Minds

We are in a world where everyone is after money because the way the time is evolving, it has become extremely difficult for people to live without it. Luxury has become a need and the need has become a necessity. As a result, the working hours throughout the world are increasing and the life has become much faster than it was some sixty or seventy years ago. It is a fact that most of us prefer staying in office and do some work instead of going and seeing our friends which is a must for keeping the brain healthy and fresh.
At such a time, when the routines have become so hectic and keeping in touch with the friends has become almost impossible, it is these recreation spots where one can go and spend some time to get fresh. Keeping this in mind, the developers in the Dubai city make sure that there is always some space left in the society for parks, cinema halls, malls and other such places where families and friends can hang out and spend some time together. The green effect is always refreshing for the mind and a fresh mind is a must for doing the work in a way that it should be done.
The recent opening of Al Ittihad Park by was also a part of the same resolve that Dubai must be green and the declaration by Emaar properties that every new property project that it makes will certainly have big space for parks and greenery will be given the first priority in it, is also a link in the same chain. The decision of turning the city into a green city was lauded by the public and the new look will definitely be refreshing for the eyes and minds. This Go Green concept is a very good step in terms of business as well because as the environmentalism is gaining pace all over the world, the public really appreciates it these days so the real estate market is also going to get favors from it.

Dubai to go Green

Ali Rashid Lootah said on Monday that Nakheel is going to develop a lot of parks in the city and will be focusing greenery in all of its projects. Lootah, who is the chairman of Nakheel, also said that they are planning to develop green communal areas and not just the parks in already existing societies. He made these revelations at the opening of a park in The Palm Jumeirah that has cost AED 24 million. He also said that Nakheel was going to make new parks at any place where they have a vacant area in any of their projects. The park that he was opening in The Palm Jumeirah is “Al Ittihad Park” which is going to have 60 varieties of plants in it and certainly will be an exciting place to visit.

The place is certainly going to be an exceptional option for the people who jog or like to walk as it has a 3.2 km long jogging track and along with all the variety of the trees and perfect hygienic conditions, this park will prove a paradise for anyone. Lootah believed that it would become another tourists’ attraction for the people who come to Dubai. He also opined that the park will allow the researchers and the common people to know about the highly diversified plant life of the United Arab Emirates.

While Mohummed Bin Rashid Al Makhtoum has announced to Mohammed Bin Rashid City and the announcement by Nakheel of this plan to introduce the green culture in their project, there seems to be a time coming to Dubai real estate when the societies will surely move towards the green environment. The reason behind it is that the Emaar Developers and Dubai Holdings joint venture is also going to be focused on waste management and clean environment.
