The biggest boost that the Dubai economy has got during the past years is Dubai properties. Though the Dubai administration has mainly focused on business and tourism but the industry that initially developed as a side effect almost took the lead during the last decade when some of the greatest realty projects on Earth were established in the Dubai city. These projects were taken up by the Dubai administration after realizing the potential of this industry as a major share holder in the Dubai economy and as a result the focus of the world investors drastically shifted towards the Dubai real estate.

Burj Khalifa that is the tallest building in the world stands tall among all the biggest buildings in the world while The Palm Jumeirah Islands and the magnificent Dubai Marina stand out as the most unique of the property projects on the face of the globe while the biggest of its kind in the world Dubai Mall is one place where almost everything can be acquired from. Dubai is undoubtedly a place to be recognized for its beauty and at the same time it has been earning big bucks for the investors that have been pouring their money into the city and digging out big profits.
