Dubai Festival City – Another Gem in the Crown

Dubai administration has developed this city as a business hub but has seriously focused on tourism as well and certainly tourism has become a major source of income for the state over the years. It has also hosted a number of events in Dubai in order to attract the tourists to the city and has done it successfully. The cricket and football tournaments that have been conducted here are actually a part of the same strategy that the administration wants to make Dubai a tourists’ spot and one of the major steps it has taken in order to promote its tourism through event hosting is the establishing of Dubai Festival City in Dubai.

This project was launched in 2003 and is set to be completed by 2015 and is going to host mega events in sports, arts and other categories. It is actually a mixed property society where residence, commerce as and entertainment will go side by side. This place is going to consist of residential properties along with a large number of hotels and also the golf course, malls and numerous sites where entertainment will be ensured. It is also going to possess public utility places that are a must for every society where residential apartments or villas are offered such as schools etc.

It is going to be another gem fitted in the crown of Dubai real estate which already has some of the most spectacular sites on Earth that include the magical Burj Khalifa and the highly in demand Arabian ranches which are focus of the world investors at the moment for being the most sought after property projects in the world. The resolve of Dubai government to make this city one of the biggest tourist attractions of the world is pretty much well founded and certain properties in the city are so alluring that even the tourists go to Dubai just to watch these magnificent buildings and massive structures that have caught the eyes of investors throughout the world.

  1. I think family is very important in West Virginia and has long been so because the mountains made travel difficult in the past, and family members had to depend on each other.
