Abu Dhabi is the largest state of the United Arab Emirates and also the richest one as it has the largest reserves of oil in the country. A large number of businessmen come to Abu Dhabi and they choose villas for rent in Abu Dhabi for their living which is most suitable as they can stay in there for a while on rent and the luxurious lifestyle of a villa that suits their class is also a perfect residence. Abu Dhabi also enjoys the status of being the most influential state of the UAE with a right of veto that it shares with the state of Dubai makes it even more powerful. It is the capital of the UAE.

The Abu Dhabi administration has turned this city into a tourists’ destination in the past few years. The reason behind this decision was that the government wanted to base its economy on the tourism instead of oil only for the long term benefits. They realized the tourism potential of this magnificent beach city and thus started to transform it into a tourists’ attraction. Nowadays a large number of tourists come to Abu Dhabi and their favorite destination is also the villas for rent in Abu Dhabi because some tourists come here to enjoy the luxurious lifestyle that this loaded with money state provides.

The Abu Dhabi properties have also seen a boost in the recent years due to this mix of business and tourism as expats come here in numbers now and they normally use rental villas or apartments while there is a large number of those students and working men and women as well who have come here for studies or their jobs. Dozens of international schools and colleges have been attracting students from all parts of the UAE and even abroad to study here while this has proved to be an attraction for the investors as well while the working class rents or buys the apartments or flats and all this mix has really pumped billions in Abu Dhabi properties market.

Abu Dhabi is already the second most attractive market in the UAE but the real estate gurus see it as a potential competition for Dubai and prospects are quite bright that if Abu Dhabi real estate keeps progressing at the same pace, it might leave the Dubai property market behind as well.
